By accessing the Trainadz website, submitting a form, booking an audit, enrolling in a training program, or engaging our agency services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services.

Trainadz provides Amazon advertising solutions to help brands build and operate high-performing in-house PPC departments. Our services include:

• Training Programs: Structured curriculum, frameworks, and processes that teach your internal team to manage Amazon PPC at a professional level.
• Agency Services: Done-for-you Amazon PPC management, account audits, campaign restructuring, and ongoing optimization.
• Free Audits & Consultations: Initial reviews of your Amazon advertising account, designed to identify scaling opportunities and inefficiencies.

Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope are defined in the engagement agreement signed for each service.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to bind your business or organization to these Terms. Our services are intended for businesses, brand owners, and professionals managing Amazon advertising accounts.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when engaging with us. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials we issue and for all activity that occurs under your account.

All paid engagements are governed by a separate agreement that defines fees, payment schedules, deliverables, and term length. By accepting that agreement, you confirm your authority to make payment on behalf of your business.

• Fees: All fees are stated in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable except where explicitly stated in your engagement agreement or required by law.
• Late Payments: Overdue invoices may result in suspension of services until payment is received.
• Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable taxes, except taxes based on Trainadz's income.

All training materials, frameworks, SOPs, software tools, methodologies, recordings, written content, and other materials provided by Trainadz are the exclusive property of TrainAdz US LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

When you enroll in a program or engage our agency, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for your internal business purposes. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share login access to our materials without prior written consent.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, financial, advertising, or strategic information shared during the engagement. We will treat your account data and performance metrics as confidential and will only use them to deliver and improve our services, except where disclosure is required by law.

While we apply proven frameworks and best practices, advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control, including product quality, pricing, listing optimization, market dynamics, Amazon platform changes, and your team's execution.

Trainadz makes no guarantee of specific revenue, ACOS, TACoS, ranking, or sales outcomes. Any case studies, testimonials, or example results shared on our website reflect individual client experiences and are not a guarantee of similar results for you.

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our opt-in form, you consent to receive text messages from TrainAdz US LLC related to your inquiry, including appointment reminders, follow-up communications, and customer service responses.

Carrier Liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to network availability and individual carrier conditions, and TrainAdz US LLC cannot guarantee timely delivery of any SMS message.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information with any third party for marketing purposes.

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trainadz disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trainadz, its members, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of our website or services.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Trainadz in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrainAdz US LLC, its members, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your misuse of our services or materials, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our website, training programs, or agency services at any time if you breach these Terms, fail to pay invoices, or engage in conduct that we determine, in good faith, to be harmful to other clients, our business, or third parties.

You may terminate your engagement in accordance with the terms stated in your service agreement. Sections relating to intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their exclusive jurisdiction and venue.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
