SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the SMS messaging program operated by TrainAdz US LLC. By opting in, you agree to the conditions below.

1. Program Description

TrainAdz US LLC operates a customer care SMS messaging program. Messages include appointment reminders for scheduled audit review calls, appointment confirmations, follow-up communications regarding your submitted audit request, and responses to direct customer service inquiries.

Users opt in to this program via a separate, optional, unchecked consent checkbox on our web form at https://trainadz.com/optin. SMS consent is never required to receive the free Amazon PPC audit or any other service from TrainAdz US LLC. Your audit will be delivered via email regardless of whether you opt in to SMS.

No promotional or marketing SMS messages are sent through this program.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on appointment scheduling and inquiry status. Typically 1–4 messages per month.

3. Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. TrainAdz US LLC does not charge for SMS messages — any charges come from your wireless carrier.

4. Opt-Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further texts.

6. Supported Carriers

Supported on all major U.S. and Canadian carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, US Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, Cricket, Rogers, Bell, Telus, Freedom Mobile, and Videotron. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Privacy

We do not sell, rent, lease, share, or disclose mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. For complete privacy details, see our Privacy Policy.
